At Minting Moments, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every medallion we mint. Because our products are often intended as heirloom gifts, we handle every order with the utmost care from the forge to your front door.
Shipping Policy
Processing Times Each medallion is minted to order. Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. For fully custom designs, please allow additional time for the design and engraving process. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
The Gifting Experience Every medallion arrives in our signature gold gift box, designed for a premium presentation. To protect the surprise:

Discreet Packaging: Our outer shipping mailers are plain and do not reveal the high-value contents inside.

Gift Mode: If you select the "Is this a gift?" option at checkout, we will include a packing slip that excludes all pricing information.
Domestic & International Shipping We ship via [Insert Carrier, e.g., USPS/UPS]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

30-Day Return Window You may return non-customized medallions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original gold gift box packaging.
Custom & Personalized Items Due to the permanent nature of the minting process, fully custom or personalized medallions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: If a custom item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
