We stand behind every medallion we create. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Cancellations and Production Fee

Orders may be canceled free of charge at any time before production begins. Once production has started, canceling the order or returning it after delivery will incur a $10.00 production fee to cover labor costs already incurred, deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at Mintingmomentscoins@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and our facility address.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Minting Moments is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Original Packaging

Returns must include the original gold gift box in usable condition. If the original gift box is not returned, or is returned in unusable condition, a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to the $10.00 production fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Condition

Returned medallions are accepted in any physical condition provided the metal weight and composition are verified intact. Each medallion ships at 2.5 ounces (approximately 73 grams). Medallions returned with any reduction in metal weight will not be eligible for a full refund. The refund amount will be reduced proportionally based on the missing weight of metal, plus a 25% handling penalty applied to the missing weight value.

Minting Moments reserves the right to test the metal composition of any returned medallion. Returns that fail composition verification will be rejected in full with no refund issued. Failed composition returns will be held at our facility for 30 days from the date of rejection notice, during which the customer may arrange return shipping at their own expense to reclaim the item. After 30 days the item will be disposed of. Minting Moments assumes no liability for items disposed of under this policy.

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Authorization number issued by Minting Moments prior to shipping the item back. To obtain a Return Authorization, contact us at Mintingmomentscoins@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns received without a valid Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Photo Documentation

Prior to receiving a Return Authorization, customers must submit clear photographs of the item and all original packaging. This documentation is required to assess condition before the return is approved. Failure to provide adequate documentation will result in denial of the return request.

Return Shipping Insurance

Customers are responsible for insuring the return shipment for the full value of the order. Minting Moments is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Risk of loss remains with the customer until the return is received and verified at our facility.

One Return Per Order

Returns and replacements are limited to one per order. A customer who has received a replacement for an order is not eligible to subsequently return that same order.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Minting Moments to seek resolution will be considered in breach of these terms. All chargeback cases will be contested in full with documentation submitted to the payment processor, and the incident will be reported to the carrier and relevant authorities where applicable.

 

General Terms

By placing an order with Minting Moments you agree to the terms outlined in these policies in their entirety.

Minting Moments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged for suspected fraud, orders with unverifiable shipping addresses, or repeat return activity.

These policies are subject to change without notice. The policies in effect at the time of purchase govern that transaction.
