1. Introduction

Welcome to Minting Moments Medallions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom precious metal medallions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom Orders & Accuracy

Each medallion is custom-crafted upon order to your specifications.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (initials, dates, or designs) provided at the time of order are accurate.
If you are not satisfied with your medallion, you may return it for a full refund once it has arrived back at our facility.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollar (USD). Given the fluctuating market value of precious metals (copper, nordic gold, silver), prices are subject to change without notice until the point of purchase.

4. Shipping & Gift Orders

We take great care in the secure packaging of your items.

Orders are shipped via standard carrier. All orders include tracking information.
Standard Presentation: All medallions are shipped in a signature gold gift box inside of a discrete unmarked padded envelope.
Gift Options: If you select the "This is a gift" option, we will omit all pricing information and receipts from the shipping envelope. A non-priced packing slip will be included for inventory purposes.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from Minting Moments are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original gift box and padding.
Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Loss in Value: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund.
All refunds will be remitted to the original form of payment only after the physical return has been received at our designated facility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Minting Moments Medallions is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs offices. Our total liability is limited to the purchase and production of the medallions.
