1. Introduction

Welcome to Minting Moments Medallions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom precious metal medallions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. Custom Orders & Accuracy

Each medallion is custom-crafted upon order to your specifications.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details including initials, dates, or designs provided at the time of order are accurate. Minting Moments is not responsible for errors in customization details submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Given the fluctuating market value of precious metals including Copper, Nordic Gold, and Silver .999 Fine, prices are subject to change without notice until the point of purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the purchase price is locked in.

4. Shipping & Gift Orders

We take great care in the secure packaging of every order.

Orders are shipped via the most cost-effective carrier available, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers. All orders include tracking information provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

Standard Presentation: All medallions are shipped in a signature gold gift box inside a discreet unmarked padded envelope.

Gift Options: If you select the "Is this a gift?" option at checkout, we will omit all pricing information and receipts from the shipping envelope. A non-priced packing slip will be included for inventory purposes.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Minting Moments are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Minting Moments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery subject to the full terms outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy, including Return Authorization requirements, photo documentation, metal weight and composition verification, and applicable fees. A $10.00 production fee applies to any order canceled after production has begun, and to any return processed after delivery, as described in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Please review the Shipping and Returns Policy in full before initiating a return.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Minting Moments Medallions, a division of Inopii Solutions. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission. The metal alloy formula used in Nordic Gold medallions is proprietary and confidential.

7. Custom Design Ownership and Warranty

For custom orders where the customer provides artwork, designs, logos, or other creative content, the customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce that content on a physical product. Minting Moments assumes no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided designs. For designs created by Minting Moments on behalf of the customer, all intellectual property rights remain with Minting Moments unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Product Representation

Product images on this website may include computer-generated renders for illustrative purposes. Actual products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in finish, texture, and appearance from images shown. These variations are inherent to the handmade nature of the product and do not constitute grounds for return.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia. Customers agree to attempt resolution directly with Minting Moments before pursuing any legal action.

10. Force Majeure

Minting Moments is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, carrier delays, government actions, or material shortages. In such cases we will notify the customer and fulfill the order as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

Minting Moments Medallions is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs offices. Our total liability to any customer is limited to the original purchase price paid for the order in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minting Moments Medallions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Minting Moments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, orders with unverifiable information, or customers with a history of chargebacks or policy abuse. In such cases any payment collected will be refunded.

14. Chargebacks

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Minting Moments to seek resolution will be considered in breach of these terms. All chargeback cases will be contested in full with supporting documentation submitted to the payment processor.

15. Capacity to Contract

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Shipping and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minting Moments Medallions regarding your purchase and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

18. Modifications

Minting Moments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of purchase govern that transaction.
